颌面部上皮源性肿瘤组织中肥大细胞的定量分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肥大细胞与上皮源性肿瘤的关系。方法 :采用甲苯胺蓝染色、图像分析仪测定方法对 80例鳞癌、乳头状瘤及正常上皮组织进行肥大细胞的定量分析。结果 :正常组织、良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的肥大细胞分布、平均分布密度、面积及周长均有显著差异。结论 :恶性肿瘤中肥大细胞在功能活动范围及活性方面 ,均大于正常组织和良性肿瘤。Objective: Our aim was to study the relationship between mast cell and epithelium tumor. Methods: The methylthionine chloride staining and image analysis technique were used in 80 cases including 40 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 30 cases of papilloma, and 10 cases of normal bucal squamous epithelium. Results: There were significant differences among normal bucal squamous epithelium, benign and malignant tumor on distribution, distributive density, circumference, and area of mast cell. Conclusion: The function and activity of mast cell in malignant tumor are higher than those in normal bucal squamous epithelium and benign tumor.\;
