寻常型银屑病皮损CD45RA、CD45RO及CD43分子表达

摘　　要：目的 :探讨寻常型银屑病皮损 CD45 RA、CD45 RO及 CD43分子的表达及其意义。方法 :应用免疫组化技术对 2 6例进行期寻常型银屑病皮损 CD45 RA、CD45 RO及 CD43分子表达进行研究。结果 :2 6例患者皮损真皮内均见到 CD45 RA、CD45 RO及 CD43阳性浸润细胞 ,阳性率分别为 (5 .8± 1.8) %、(86 .6± 12 .5 ) %及 (93.4±14.5 ) %。 2 2 / 2 6的患者角质形成细胞表达 CD43(+～ )。结论 :进行期寻常型银屑病患者皮损真皮内浸润细胞以记忆 T细胞亚群为主 ,角质形成细胞和真皮浸润细胞可通过表达 CD43分子 ,分别与真皮内炎性细胞和表皮角质形成细胞上的 ICAM- 1结合 ,从而促进炎性细胞向表皮内浸润。Objective: Our purpose was to investigate the expressions of CD45RA, CD45RO, and CD43 molecule in lesional skin of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The expressions of CD45RA,CD45RO, and CD43 molecule were immunohistochemically studied. Results: The CD45RA,CD45RO, and CD43 positive infiltrating cells were seen in the lesional skin of 26 patients, and positive cells was(5.8±1.8)%,(86.6±12.5)%,and (93.4±14.5)%,respectively.The CD43 molecule expressed on epidermal keratinocytes in 22 patients of 26. Conclusion: The dermal infiltrating cells were mainly memory T cells subset in skin lesion of psoriasis vulgaris in progressive stage. Epidermal keratinocytes and dermal infiltrating cells may promote the inflammatory cells infiltrating to epidermis through the molecules expressing CD43 and binding to ICAM 1 on dermal inflammatory cells or epidermal kerotinocytes.
