肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎98例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。方法:150例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为对照组98例和治疗组52例,治疗组给予肝脂消胶囊,对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊,疗程均为72周。观察两组治疗前后临床总疗效、肝功能(ALT、AST)、血脂(TG)及肝脏CT变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后总体疗效、血清ALT、AST、TG及肝脏CT检查指标较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎效果显著。Objective： To observe the effect of Ganzhixiao capsules on treating non-alcoholic steatohepatiti. Methods： 150 cases were randomly divided into the control group （98 cases） and the treated group （52 cases）, the treated group was given Ganzhixiao capsules, the control group was treated by polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules, and course of treatment was 72 weeks. Before and after treatment were observed total clinical efficacy of liver function （ALT, AST）, lipids （TG） and liver CT changes. Results： After treatment, the overall effect, serum ALT, AST, TG and liver CT examination indicators significantly improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treated group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Ganzhixiao capsules is remarkable on treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
