摘  要:目的:探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs3218625 G〉A与胃癌的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法在253例胃癌患者和243例正常对照中进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析SNP rs3218625与胃癌发病风险的关系。结果:SNP rs3218625与胃癌关联,AG基因型携带者胃癌的发病风险增高(OR=2.463,95%CI=1.027~5.910)。结论:SNP rs3218625可能在胃癌的发病中起到一定作用。Objective: To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) rs3218625 G A in COX- 2 gene and gastric cancer. Methods: SNP rs3218625 was genotyped using polymerase chain reaction( PCR) and restric- tion fragment length polymorphism( RFLP) method among 253 cases with gastric cancer and 243 normal controls. And the data were analyzed by unconditional Logistic regression to evaluate the association of SNP rs3218625 with gastric cancer risk. Results: SNP rs3218625 was significantly associated with gastric cancer,the carriers of AG genotype had a higher risk for the disease( OR = 2. 463,95% CI =1. 027-5. 910). Conclusion: SNP rs3218625 might play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.
