摘　　要：目的:借鉴2013年版《药品经营质量管理规范》(GSP)要求促进医院药房药品质量管理水平。方法:借鉴2013年版GSP中关于药品质量控制的基本准则包括全程质量控制、冷链管理、药品质量追溯等,与我院药库药品管理相结合,提升医院药房的药品质量管理。结果与结论:医院药房借鉴2013年版GSP要求,通过升级医院信息管理系统,健全质量管理制度,实现药品批号追踪管理、药品采购自动衔接,强化院内药品冷链管理和药品票据管理,加强全面质量管理与全员质量管理等具体措施,可全方位提升医院药品质量管理水平。OBJECTIVE： To improve drug quality management of hospital pharmacy by exploring the requirements of 2013 edition of Good Supply Practice （GSP）. METHODS： Referring to the basic standard of drug quality control in GSP （2013 edition） such as the whole quality control, cold-chain management and drug quality traceability, combined with drug management of drug storage in our hospital, the drug quality management of hospital pharmacy had been improved. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： Hospital drug quality management can be improved in the round according to the requirements of 2013 edition of GSP, through upgrad- ing hospital information management system, improving the quality management system, realizing tracking management of drug batch number and automatic cohesion of drug procurement, strengthening the management of hospital pharmaceutical cold-chain management and drug bills and strengthening comprehensive quality management and overall labor quality management.
