摘　　要：鉴于工业机器人用高精度2K-V型减速机对回差与刚度有极严格的要求,通过自行研制的回差与刚度测试试验装置,对自主开发的样机和国际同类产品进行了对比试验研究,并绘制出扭转刚度曲线。通过试验对比分析,国产2K-V型减速机的回差精度达到国际标准要求,建立的试验检测平台为评价精密减速机性能提供了一种有效手段。A new type of experiment device is developed in this paper,by which lost motion and rigidity can be tested,because the high accurate 2K-V speed reducer used in industrial robot requires high accuracy of lost motion and rigidity. The experimental compari- son research is made to independent development of prototype and the international similar products and torsion stiffness curve results are drawn. By comparative analysis,the lost motion accuracy of 2K- V speed reducer made in China comes up to the requirements of in- ternational standards and the test platform provides effective means to evaluate the characteristics of precision reducer.
