摘　　要：文章对俄罗斯高等音乐学府之一的圣彼得堡国立里姆斯基-柯萨科夫音乐学院进行了全方面的论述,涉及到教学环境、教学流程、教学单位、师资情况、主要课程设置及博士培养计划等成熟的教学体系,探讨了该音乐学院在学科建设、人才培养及教学体系建设、教学管理模式、品牌专业建设等诸方面的情况,以及能给我们提供的一些借鉴与启示。This paper discussed in all aspects of Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory, one of higher music conservatories in Russian, it including the conservatory teaching system such as the teach- ing environment, process, institutions, faculties, main courses installation, and Doctoral program. The paper also introduced the status of discipline building, personnel training as well as construction of teaching system, mode of teaching administration, construction of brand profession in this Conservatory, which could provide us certain reference and inspiration.
