舌系带附着异常矫正术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舌系,带附着异常矫正术的治疗效果及临床应用价值。方法选择我院治疗的舌系带过短患儿290作为研究对象,回顾性分析患儿进行手术的临床资料,分析舌系,带附着异常矫正术的治疗效果。结果舌尖形态有改善183例,有效率为96.3%,所有患儿术后伤口愈合良好,仅有2例出现术后感染,表现为舌下区红、肿、疼痛、流液,经局部及全身用药后2周创口愈合。结论舌系,带附着异常矫正术治疗儿童舌系带过短疗效可靠,并发症少,但应掌握好手术适应证。Objective To explore the clinical application of tongue,belt and abnormal attachment surgery treatment effect value.Methods In our hospital treatment of children with ankyloglossia 290 as the object of study,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of children with operation,analysis of tongue,with abnormal attachment surgery treatment effect.Results The tongue shape has improved in 183 cases,effective rate was 96.3%,all patients postoperative wound healing well,only 2 cases of postoperative infection,expression is the area under the tongue red,swollen,pain,liquid flow,the local and systemic medication 2 weeks after wound healing.Conclusion the tongue tied,with abnormal attachment surgery in treatment of children with ankyloglossia reliable curative effect,less complications,but should grasp the indications of good operation.
