摘　　要：本文从医务管理者的角度出发,针对中医骨伤专业实习生培养既要"突出中医特色"又要"重视临床实操"的特点,在工作中总结出一套较为成熟的岗前培训模式,包括培训内容,培训形式、培训效果。并就目前实习生岗前培训中存在的问题做初步探讨。This article from the perspective of the medical manager for Orthopedics professional intern training necessary to ＂high- light the Chinese characteristics＂ but also ＂pay attention to clinical practical operation＂ feature, summed up in the work of a more mature pre-service training model, including training content, training forms, training effect. And discussing the problems on cur- rent pre-service training of the interns.
