摘　　要：本文界定了资源发现系统中的非熟练用户,应用用户体验研究中的焦点小组法,调研由非熟练用户组成的两个焦点小组对于清华大学水木搜索和北京大学未名搜索的使用体验情况。根据调研结果,分析用户对资源发现系统的功能认知、体验感受和未来期望,并就资源发现系统的功能设置和开发提出相关建议。This article firstly redefines unskilled users of resource discovery system. By applying the focus group method, it mainly researches the un- skilled users experiences on the two resource discovery systems, Tsinghua University Academic Information Discovery System and Peking University Academic Information Discovery System respectively. According to research results, this paper analyzes the userg cognition, experiences and expecta- tions towards the functions of the two resource discovery systems, and presents proposals to the future development of resource discovery system.
