摘　　要：将云计算和知识管理相结合,在分析知识管理和云计算相关概念,以及云计算环境下企业知识管理存在的主要问题的基础上,提出基于云计算的企业知识管理模式,并探讨该模式的运行机制。Cloud computing and knowledge management are combined to research, By the analysis of concepts of knowledge management and cloud computing and the main problems existed in enterprise knowledge management based on cloud com- puting, the model of enterprise knowledge management based on cloud computing is proposed and its operating mechanisms are explored.
