摘　　要：目的了解我国城市社区全科医生培训现况及需求,为下一步制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法 2011年9—12月,对辽宁、福建和宁夏3个省的16名全科医学培训相关管理人员实施个人深入访谈,访谈在各地培训基地会议室实施,持续约半小时左右。采用电脑录入及录音记录信息,使用内容分析法分析访谈材料。结果①组织管理、基地建设、硬件及经费配备均按照要求设置及实施。②3地均实施了岗位培训,部分地区开展了规范化培训,并定期进行督导。各地均实施了师资培训。③地方财政投入不足、人员学历低、工学矛盾是培训存在的主要问题。④对于以上问题,受访者提出了解决建议,如培训资金及时投入、合理安排培训时间及通过网络学习解决工学矛盾。结论加大地方财政投入力度、多手段解决工学矛盾、加强师资培训是未来进一步提高全科医学培训质量所需解决的关键问题。Objective To supply some advices for the policy-making by surveying the status and needs of general practice training in urban community. Methods We conducted 16 in-depth interviews to identify the status and needs of training of general practitioners from September 2011 until December 2011. Audiotapes and transcripts were analyzed to identify major themes. Content analysis of the data was completed between January 2012 and March 2012. Results ~Manage- ment of organization, establishment of training bases, and hardware configuration were carried out according to policy re- quirement. （~The on-the-job training for general practitioner and training for trainers were delivered in three provinces. The supervision for training was implemented. The residency program for postgraduates on general practice was carried out in some cities. （~The main barriers during training included the time contradiction of work and training, and lack of train- ing funds. ~Respondents gave recommendations of how to resolve the above problems. Conclusion In order to improve the effectiveness of general practice training, it will be necessary for governments to resolve the contradiction of work and training,training trainers continuously ,and increase funding support in the training project.
