摘 要:为开发新型的天然烟用香料,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取金莲花挥发油,运用Py/GC-MS技术对热裂解产物进行定性和定量分析,并进行卷烟加香实验。结果表明,在300、600、900℃的热裂解条件下,分别鉴定出43、41和37种成分,裂解产物主要是醛类、烯类、酸类和酮类等具有特征香味的香气成分。适量添加超临界CO2萃取金莲花挥发油具有协调烟气、修饰吸味,减轻刺激性和降低杂气的作用。In order to develop a new natural cigarette flavor, TroUius chinensis Bunge was extracted with supercritieal CO2 method ; then, the volatile oil was pyrolyzed under simulated conditions of the process of smoking. The pyrolytic products were measured and analyzed by Py/GC-MS method and its applications in cigarette flavoring were studied as well. The results showed that: ①43,41 and 37 constituents were identified in the pyrolytic products at 300 ℃, 600 ℃ ,900℃, respectively. They were mainly aldehydes, alkenes, acids and ketones which have their characteristic flavor. ②The volatile oil of Trollius chinensis Bunge extracted with supercritical CO2 method features enhanced aroma quality, coordinated volume of smoke, reduced irritancy and improved aftertaste.
