摘 要:免疫系统通过固有和适应性免疫监督来防止肿瘤的发生、进展,但是仍然有肿瘤细胞逃脱免疫网络的监视,在体内大量繁殖,调节性T细胞(Treg)就是帮助肿瘤细胞逃脱的原因之一,所以靶向Treg的治疗是肿瘤免疫治疗的关键。了解Treg上的各种功能分子及其作用,Treg的来源以及转化方式,对阐明其调控靶点,进而概述靶向Treg的治疗方式很有意义。The immune system prevents organism from the occurrence and progress of tumor drawing assistance from innate and adaptive immune smweillance . However, some tumor cells could escape from the mo- nitoring of immune network , and bloom in the body. Regulatory T cells plays a vital role during this progression, therefore, the therapies targeting regulatory T cells is the key point of tumor immunotherapy. In order to find some therapeutic target spots ,we analyzed the role of various functional molecules of the regulatory T cells, the origin of regulatory T cells and its transformation . In conclusion, we summarized several therapies targeting 'regulatory T cells which could inhibit the malignant progression of tumor.
