摘　　要：以协同创新优化中小企业为主导的产学研合作结构、提升中小企业的自主创新能力,对中小企业竞争力的提升、创新驱动发展战略的实施与创新型国家建设具有重要意义。"第二届中国特色产学研合作高峰论坛:中小企业协同创新研讨会"围绕产学研协同创新、中小企业自主创新能力提升及协同创新环境建设方面进行了交流与研讨。在企业自主创新能力提升的结构化困境、协同创新体系中的平台领导、创新服务体系的定位与建设方面提出了许多新颖的观点。Improving fully independent innovation ability of SMEs,and optimizing the structure of Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration of SMEs-oriented by collaborative innovation,are important for enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs, ＂implementing innovation-driven development strategy＂ and building an innovative country.During the Second Summit Forum of Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration with Chinese Characteristics：Seminar of Collaborative Innovation of SMEs,we have had a discussion around collaborative innovation,enhancement of the independent innovation ability of SMEs and building the environment of collaborative innovation,and formed several useful perspectives and new ideas in terms of the structure dilemma of the independent innovation ability of SMEs,the platform leading in collaborative innovation system,the positioning and building of innovation service system.
