摘 要:研究猪皮水解产物的吸湿保湿性能。实验利用动物蛋白酶对猪皮进行酶解,以骨胶原为对照,对猪皮水解产物在26℃,相对湿度分别为20%、43%和81%的条件下的吸湿和保湿性能进行测定。在实验湿度环境范围内,猪皮在水煮45min后进行酶解,酶解条件为底物质量分数为4%、酶浓度为2%、酶解温度40℃、酶解时间2h,pH值7.5的酶解条件下,酶解产物得率最高,酶解产物的吸湿和保湿性能和德国产的骨胶原相近。猪皮的动物蛋白酶水解产物用于开发吸湿保湿化妆品方面具有极大的开发前景。Research the moisture adsorption and retention capacity of enzymatic hydrolysates from pigskin. The moisture adsorption and retention capacity of enzymatic hydrolysates from royal jelly were determined under the conditions of 26℃, relative humidities of 20%, 43% and 81%. The results showed that the enzymatic hydrolysates exhibited proximal performance both in moisture adsorption and retention test as the bone collagen did. Under the conditions as following: substrate concentration of 4%, enzymatic concentration of 2%, temperature of 40 ~C, enzymatic hydrolysis time of 2h and pH 7.5, it can received the best productivity of enzymatic hydrolysates of pigskin. It is safe to draw the conclusion that enzymatic hydrolysis would be an efficient method for obtaining ingredients from pigskin with good moisture adsorption and retention capacity and has a bright future in exploitation of keeping moisture cosmetic.
