摘　　要：根据期刊性质和学科分类方法,以文献数量为依据对《畜禽业》进行分类。结果发现,《畜禽业》2010年刊登的论文以技术性为主,畜牧与动物医学类文献占当年文献总量的95.27%,其余学科文献均较少,不能划入相应学科,因此应将该刊归类为畜牧与动物医学类专业技术期刊。Classify Livestock and Poultry Industry according to property and subject of journal based on quantity of documents. 78.28% of its pa- pers in 2010 are related to technical research, and the documents about animal husbandry and veterinary account for 95.27% of summation. The documents of other subjects failed to obtain adequate influence as a result of small quantity. So Livestock and Poultry Industry belong to technical journal about animal husbandry and veterinary.
