MR对非典型表现脑膜瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑膜瘤的不典型MRI表现,以期提高对其的认识和术前诊断准确率。方法:收集经手术病理证实的非典型表现脑膜瘤22例,均行MRI平扫及增强扫描,大部分病例有CT检查资料。结果:多发脑膜瘤2例,形态不规则、密度不均匀5例,囊性脑膜瘤3例,酷似脑内病变的脑膜瘤1例,非典型部位脑膜瘤2例,完全钙化性脑膜瘤2例,恶性脑膜瘤6例,脑膜瘤伴发胶质瘤1例。结论:少数脑膜瘤表现不典型,在鉴别诊断时应引起注意,只有认真全面分析和认识脑膜瘤非典型MRI表现特征并综合临床病史、CT表现才能不断提高对非典型表现脑膜瘤诊断及鉴别的准确性。Objective ：To discuss the point of Imagnetic resonance imaging on atypical meningioma, for deepening the understanding of atyp- ical meningioma and improving the preoperative diagnostic accuracy.Materials and Methods：retrospectively reviewed twenty-two patients with histologically proven primary atypical meningioma （2muhiple meningiomas, 1 atypical meningioma with Glioma,6 malignant meningiomas, 3 cystic meningiomas, 2 completely calcification meningiomas, 5 irregular and uneven density meningiomas, 2 atypical parts meningiomas ）who underwent enhanced scans on MRI.Conclusion：Some atypical meningiomas had no distinctively different characteristics on MRI. Improving the accuracy of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis on atypical meningioma should be comprehensive analysis atypical meningioma MRI features and combined with clinical history and CT performance.
