摘　　要：报告波纹状毛母细胞瘤1例。患者男,42岁。头顶部结节4年余,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:头顶部可见一1.5 cm×1.5 cm淡红色结节,质中等,有蒂,表面有点状糜烂、结痂。皮损组织病理:真皮可见大量大小不等的肿瘤细胞团,由嗜碱性细胞构成,部分细胞核呈杆状,并呈波纹状排列。免疫组化:肿瘤细胞癌胚抗原(CEA)(-)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)(-)、CD10(-),B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病(BCL)-2弥漫阳性。诊断:波纹状毛母细胞瘤。A case of rippled-pattern trichoblastoma is reported. A 42-year-old man presented with a 1.5x1.5 cm asymp- tomatic reddish nodule on his scalp for over four years. Skin examination showed a 1.5~1.5 cm, reddish pediculated nodule with erosive and crusted surface on his head. Histopathologic examination demonstrated numerous masses consisting of basa- loid cells. Some of the basaloid cells had band form nucleus and were arranged in rippled-pattern. Immunohistochemical staining showed negative for CEA, EMA, CD10, and positive for Bcl-2. Diagnosis： Rippled-pattern trichoblastoma
