子宫颈鳞癌、子宫颈上皮内瘤变及子宫颈炎中E-cad-herin、p53及Ki-67的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨上皮细胞E-cadherin、p53及Ki-67在子宫颈鳞癌、子宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及子宫颈炎中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测E-cadherin、p53及Ki-67在30例子宫颈炎、84例CIN、31例子宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,分析三者表达与临床病理参数间的关系。结果 (1)子宫颈鳞癌组织中p53、Ki-67阳性率均显著高于CIN及子宫颈炎(P<0.000 1)。(2)CIN及子宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin阳性率明显低于子宫颈炎。(3)子宫颈鳞癌组织中Ki-67增殖指数与浸润深度呈负相关(P<0.01)。(4)E-cadherin与Ki-67及p53存在共表达关系(P<0.01)。结论 E-cadherin表达下调、Ki-67及p53异常高表达与子宫颈鳞癌的发生密切相关,三者之间存在相关性。Purpose To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin, p53 and Ki-67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, cervical intra- epithelial neoplasia （CIN） and cervical inflammation. Methods The expression of E-cadherin, p53 and Ki-67 in 30 cases of cervical inflammation, 84 cases of CIN and 31 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were detected by using immunohistochemistry （ EnVi- sion method）. Results （1） The positive expression of Ki-67 and p53 in cervicgt squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than that in CIN and cervical inflammation （ P 〈 0. 000 1 ）. （2） The positive expression of E-cadherin in CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in cervical inflammation. （3） The expression of Ki-67 was related with decreasing of deepth invasion in cervical squamous cell carcinoma （P 〈 0.01 ）. （4） The high co-expression rate of E-cadherin and Ki-67 or E-cadherin and p53 were observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The downregulation of E-cadherin and the upregulation of expression of Ki-67 and p53 may involve in the carcinogenesis of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix.
