摘 要:目的观察紧张性小僵患者静息状态下大脑默认网络的变化。方法用3.0T磁共振扫描仪对10例紧张性木偶患者及15例年龄、性别匹配的正常对照者进行静息态功能磁共振扫描(IMRI)。采用SPM和REST软件进行数据处理和统计学分析,获得2组之间默认网络存在显著差异的脑区。结果与正常对照组相比,紧张性木僵组左侧丘脑、左侧扣带中回、左侧额下同眶部功能连接显著增高,左侧额上同、左侧辅助运动区功能连接显著减低(P〈0.01,AlphaSim校正)。结论静息状态下,紧张性木僵患者大脑默认网络存在着功能连接异常,其中左侧辅助运动区功能连接减低可能是紧张性木僵潜在的神经病理机制之一。Objective To investigate the changes of functional connectivity(FC} of default mode network(DMN) in catatonic stupor patients during the resting state. Methods Ten patients with catatonic stupor and fifteen age, gender-matched healthy volun- teers were entered imo the study, Each of them underwent fMRI examination with a 3.0T MRI scanner. All fMRI data preprocess- ing and statistical analysis were completed with SPM and REST software, obtained the significantly differences between the two groups. Results Compared with the healthy controls, significantly increased FC in patients were discovered in left thalamus, left middle cingulate cortex and left inferior orbital frontal gyrus, significantly decreased FC in patients were detected in bilateral superior frontal gyrus, left supplementary motor area(SMA) and right cerebellum(P〈0.01,AlphaSim corrected). Conclusion Abnormal FC exists in catatonic stupor patient's,DMN during the resting state, among which the decreased FC in left SMA may be one of the po tential neuropathological mechanisms of catatonic stupor.
