摘　　要：目的：观察三氧化物凝聚体（MTA）治疗成人恒牙根尖开敞慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法：选择来我院就诊的根尖开敞并患有慢性根尖周炎的患者32例共32个恒牙，年龄19—35岁。在根管显微镜下用MTA充填根尖区根管，形成4～5mm厚MTA封闭屏障，术后X线片记录MTA充填情况，1周后根管充填。观察1—8年。结果：32例患者复诊时无不适主诉，患牙功能良好。21例患者随访2年以上，并纳入最终疗效评价。其中13例术后完全愈合，7例根尖病变明显减小，1例根尖病变无明显变化。结论：MTA治疗根尖开敞慢性根尖周炎临床效果良好，是临床上较理想的根尖封闭材料。AIM： To observe the clinical effects of mineral trioxide aggregate （MTA） in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with open apices in adults. METHODS： 32 cases （aged 19 -35 years）of permanent chro- nic apical periodontitis teeth with open apices were included in this study. The root apices were filled with MTA under microscope to form 4 -5 mm thick apical barrier. One week later, the root canal was filled. The treated teeth were followed up clinically and radiologically for 1 - 8 years. RESULTS ： At follow-up, no patients had complaints. All teeth functioned well. 21 cases were followed up for more than 2 years and included in the final evaluation. 13 teeth were completely cured. X-ray examination indicated that the apical radiolucent area completely disaapeared in the 13 cases, significantly decreased in 7 cases, but did not change in 1 case. CONCLUSION ： MTA is effective in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with open apices in aduhs.
