摘  要:目的探讨Rad51和Chk1在散发性大肠腺瘤癌变中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测71例大肠黏膜、66例散发性大肠腺瘤伴上皮不典型增生和98例大肠腺瘤癌变中,Rad51和Chk1的表达,并分析其与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果①在大肠黏膜组、腺瘤组和癌变组中,Rad51和Chk1的表达水平逐渐升高。②在腺瘤癌变组中,Rad51的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Chk1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关。③在腺瘤组中,中重度不典型增生者Rad51和Chk1的阳性表达高于轻度不典型增生者。结论 Chk1和Rad51在大肠腺瘤癌变的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate RadS1 and Chkl expression and significance in sporadic colorectal adenoma. Methods The expression of RadS1 and Chkl was detected by immunohistochemistry in 71 colorectal mucosa, 66 sporadic colorectal adenoma with dysplasia and 98 canceration of colorectal adenoma, and to analyze its relationship with clinical pathological features of colorectal cancer. Results (1) In the colorectal mucosa, adenoma and carcinoma group, the expression level of RadS1 and Chkl increased gradually (P 〈 0.05 ). (2) In the adenoma carcinoma group, the expression of RadS1 is associated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ), the expression of Chkl is associated with tumor differentiation (P 〈 0.05 ). (3) In the adenoma group, RadS1 and Chkl positive expression of adenoma with heavy dysplasia is higher than with mild dysplasia (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Chkl and Rad51 play an important role in the process of large adenomas canceration.
