摘 要:目的构建一种新型的能应用于射频消融(radio frequency ablation,RFA),并且与人肝组织特征相似的仿真模型。方法用新鲜动物离体肝组织匀浆、琼脂糖凝胶、脱气水制成仿正常肝组织的固体模型,测定其物理特性,并对模型进行RFA操作,测量单次RFA的消融体积,评估模型行RFA的生物特性。结果肝组织凝胶模型密度为(1 055.75±9.29)kg/m3,比热容为(3 446±137)J/(kg·℃),导电率为(0.123±0.004)s/m(470 kHz),CT值为(25.68±5.85)HU,与人体肝脏的物理特征类似;单次RFA后剖开模型可见清晰消融灶,肉眼或CT扫描下均可测量毁损灶大小。结论新型肝组织凝胶模型具有较好的仿人肝组织的特点。Object ve To build a new type of tissue-mimicking gel phantom for radiofrequency ablation (RFA), which has similar characteristics with human hepatic tissue. Methods The hepatic tissue- mimicking gel phantom was made from de-aerated water, agar gel and some fresh animal hepatic tissues. The physical characteristics of this new phantom were measured. RFA was performed on this phantom. The ablation volume was measured after RFA, and the efficacy of RFA was evaluated. Results The gel phantom showed density of ( 1 055.75 ± 9.29 )kg/m3, specific heat capacity of (3 446 ±137 )J/( kg · ℃ ), conductivity of (0. 123 ±0.004)s/m (470 kHz) and the CT value of (25.68 ±5.85 )HU, which were similar with the physical characteristics of the human liver. The ablation area could be clearly observed after RFA, which can be meas- ured immediately or through CT scanning. Conclusion The new type of hepatic tissue-mimicking gel phantom was similar with the human liver.
