摘　　要：对木材加工剩余物的来源及特性进行介绍,模塑包装材料的定义、分类及具体工艺技术、产品特性要求进行分析,明确"整形"类包装材料特性要求;选择合理的制浆方法,利用林区木材加工剩余物制备模塑包装材料,并对制备过程中涉及到的主要工艺参数进行选择。This paper introduces the source and characteristics of wood processing residues. It analyzes the definition, classification, and the specific technology, product performance requirements of molded packaging materials, it defines the property requirements of the ＂ shape＂ packing material and chooses the reasonable method of pulping, finally it products the molded packaging material by forest wood pro- cessing residues. And it selects the main process parameters related to the preparation process.
