摘　　要：建立了神经网络与碱基配对规则结合法,并用之预测了一组tRNA的二级结构,取得了较满意的结果,证实了该法的可靠性和实用性。实验结果说明,与其它预测方法相比较,该方法更加优越。有可能进一步把该方法用于rRNA,mRNA及DNA的序列分析中。A new method that combines neural network with base pair rule was set up to predict the secondary structure of tRNA. The experiment result is satisfactory and confirms the reliability and the practicality of the method. Compared with other predicting methods, this one is more accurate. It is worthwhile to apply it to analyse the sequences of rRNA, mRNA and DNA.
