摘　　要：建立一种高效液相色谱法测定3种阿司匹林片剂药中水杨酸的含量。C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-冰醋酸(体积比60∶36∶4)为流动相,外标法进行定量分析。阿司匹林肠溶片中水杨酸含量为0.92 mg·g-1,回收率(%)为99.11;阿司匹林缓释片中水杨酸的含量为25 mg·g-1,回收率(%)为97.39;阿司匹林泡腾片中水杨酸的含量为10 mg·g-1,回收率(%)为102.33。A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for determination of salicylic acid in three aspirin tablets medicine. Kromasil Cls column was used as stationary phase, The methanol-acetonitrile -glacial acetic acid（60： 36：4 ） was used as mobile phase, The content of salicylic acid was quantitatively analysed in the external standard method. The salicylic acid of aspirin enteric - coated tablets was 0.92 mg·g-1, recovery （ % ） for 99.11 ; The salicylic acid of aspirin extended action tablets was 25 mg·g-1, recovery （ % ） for 97.39 ; The salicylic acid of aspirin effervescent tablets was 10 mg·g-1, recovery （ % ） for 102.33.
