摘　　要：文章利用主成分分析的方法设计出评价高校相对有效性的投入和产出指标,综合运用数据包络分析模型对江苏省38所高校的投入产出效率进行研究,分析影响效率有效性的因素,给出江苏38所高校的综合绩效评价。为鼓励低投入、高产出提供理性支撑,从一个维度为江苏高校的特色办学提供理论依据,努力实现江苏高校的可持续发展。Principal Component Analysis （PCA） is employed to design the input-output indicators for estimating the efficiency of 38 universities in Jiangsu province. And Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） is used to study on input-output efficiency of these universities, analyze influence factors, and come out with comprehensive performance evaluation. In order to achieve the sustainable development of universities in Jiangsu Province, this paper provides rational support for low input and high output of the universities, and offers theoretical foundation for running universities with characteristics from one dimension
