企业制度创新与技术创新的内生耦合——以韩国现代与中国吉利为样本的跨案例研究

摘　　要：本文试图为实践中实现企业成长挖掘潜在动力源泉,以有利于我国企业提高竞争能力,选择与研究了企业的制度创新与技术创新内生耦合这一问题并进行验证。从理论上拓展了现有创新耦合的研究,揭示了企业内部创新耦合效应的生成机理,以及基于此提出推动企业成长的理论构架。基于系统思考的思维模式,本文采用扎根理论质性研究与耦合度模型测度定量研究结合的方法,分析了中国吉利与韩国现代的成长相似性,得出了"企业创新体系中,制度创新与技术创新通过经济、技术、关系维度的双向嵌入,继而产生了二者间粘合、协同、并继续发酵溢出的系列耦合效应,从而提高企业竞争力,使企业强劲成长"的研究结论。Innovation, which is one of the main themes in modem society, motives the growth of corporations, while the process of motiving is at present still a mystery. This article tries to prove the corporations will grow only under the condi- tion of the endogenous coupling of innovation system, which guaranteed by the true belief of innovation, through a case study using grounded theory method and coupling degree measurement. Analysis shows that institutional innovation is of the equal importance as technological innovation to corporation operation and the glue,synergy,spillover effects resulting from the effective ,efficient ,smooth operation of the coupling mechanism between technological innovation and institution- al innovation are the key secret to corporation growth.
