摘　　要：临床药师参与1例肺部真菌感染患者的药物治疗，积极查阅文献，从药物相互作用的角度分析患者出现不良反应的原因，给医师提出合理用药建议。药物相互作用是临床药师运用药学专业知识为患者提供药学服务的切入点。Clinical pharmacists in drug treatment of pulmonary fungal infection in I cases, positive literature, analysis of the causes of adverse reactions in pa- tients with the drug from the interaction point of view, put forward reasonable recommendations to physicians.
