竹材增强再生刨花板工艺初步研究

摘  要:研究利用再生刨花与竹材刨花制造刨花板的热压法制造工艺,并对影响制板工艺和板性能的因素进行了讨论。实验结果表明:1)竹刨花水煮预处理后,所制板材性能较好;2)本实验范围内,竹木再生刨花混合刨花板较合适的工艺参数为:在竹材/刨花比例为5∶5,施胶量12%时,热压时间5分钟/mm板厚,密度0.60 g/cm3,所制板材性能良好,可达到刨花板国家标准要求;3)再生刨花与竹材混合刨花板较纯竹刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率小,强度高。Hot pressing manufacturing particle board technology was studied by using renewable shavings and bamboo shavings to produce particleboard. And stated the factors that affecting the board technology and performance. Experimentsl results show that: 1)preprocessing boiled bamboo shavings, better prepared sheet performance; 2)wishin the experimental range, renewable after wood shavings mixed particleboard, more appropriate process parameters as follows: In the bamboo/wood shavings ratio of 5:5, when 12% of the amount of glue, pressing time of 5 min/mm thickness and density of 0.60 g/cm^3, well-prepared plate performance can be achieved particleboard national standards. 3)comparing the mix of renewable shavings and bamboo shavings to pure bamboo particleboard, the mix of the water thickness swelling is small, but the strength is high.
