摘　　要：高职毕业生就业过程中存在着与社会需求的人才不对接,没有树立正确的就业观念等问题.由于毕业生人数迅猛增长,就业形势严峻,但党和政府高度重视,使高职毕业生的就业充满机遇和挑战.为此,高职院校不但要从专业设置、就业指导、就业市场等方面促进学生就业,而且要教育学生从就业观念转变、综合素质提高、就业技巧掌握方面提高就业能力.Abstract. Vocational college graduates feel it hard to adapt to the job market, due to misunderstandings and increasing numbers of graduates. However,the governmental efforts help vocational colleges to adjust curricula,and launch career guidance. Meanwhile, students should actively switch their conceptions, and promote their qualities and skills for their employment.
