摘　　要：实验室作为高校科研与人才培养的重要实践场所,在学生创新能力、实践能力培养方面具有重要作用.实验室建设是创新人才培养的重要基础之一,在分析高校实验室建设的地位与作用、现状及问题的基础上,提出基于创新人才培养的实验室建设措施与对策.德州学院机电工程学院结合地方经济发展,积极探索适合创新人才培养的实验室建设途径,取得良好效果.As the important place of scientific research and talents cultivation, laboratory plays an impor- tant role in training of innovative and practical ability. Laboratory construction is one of the important ba- ses for the cultivation of innovative talents. Measures and countermeasures of laboratory construction based on innovative talents cultivation were put forward through analyzing the role and the current situa- tion of laboratory construction. Combining with local economic development, mechanical and electronic engineering college of Dezhou university explored the laboratory construction ways for innovative talents cultivation actively, and achieved good effects.
