摘 要:本研究使用自主研发的PID主动增温控制系统和自动化土壤呼吸长期室来探讨持续性主动增温对中亚热带森林土壤总呼吸速率的影响.初步实验结果表明:1)增温样地平均增温幅度是4.93℃,与预设的5℃增温相差0.07℃,完全到达预期的效果.对照样地的温度变化越缓慢,实际增温幅度越接近预设值.2)增温对土壤总呼吸速率的影响具有"光敏性",即增温提高了夜间的总呼吸速率,但有光照情况下土壤的总呼吸速率呈下降趋势.3)增温后土壤呼吸最大值出现的时间从18时提前到15时,随着增温时间的增加,每日土壤总呼吸速率的上升曲线越来越陡.4)随着增温时间的增加,夜间土壤总呼吸速率与土温的拟合曲线越来越接近指数关系,R2从增温前的0.60增加到0.93.5)增温后土壤总呼吸速率更不容易受到降水的阻滞,恢复速度更快.产生这些现象的可能原因在讨论部分已加以分析.This study uses PID and automated soil respiration chamber to investigate effects of continuous active warming on total soil respiration rates in central sub-tropical forests. Preliminary experimen- tal results show as follows : 1 ) Mean warming amplitude of warming plot amounts to 4.93 ℃, 0. 07 ℃ lower than the default temperature 5 ℃, which fully reach the desired effect. And the more slowly tem- perature of control plot changes, more less will be the difference. 2) It seems that the above effects have light sensitivity, for in the night the warming raises total soil respiration rates but in the daytime not. 3) After the warming, the time reaching maximum soil respiration rate changes from 18 pm to 15 pro. 4) With the increase of warming time, the relationship between soil respiration rate and soil temperature becomes closer to an exponential one. 5 ) After warming, soil respiration rate is less susceptible to the block of precipitation, with a faster restoring speed.
