摘 要:[目的]分析责任护士行为目标达成度现状及相关因素,筛查护士工作中普遍性、关注偏差性缺陷。[方法]以King达标理论为依据,应用护理行为目标达成度量表(NPGA)对6所3级综合医院626名责任护士进行行为现状和相关因素分析。[结果]17.1%的护士认为自身护理行为水平较低、58.9%的护士认为自身护理行为需要在对应条目上把握问题点进行改善;各维度总体水平由高到低排序依次为:"团队角色""个人发展""促进病人理解参与""自主决策""开放性交流""病人尊重""个性化护理";在编护士行为目标达成度水平高于非在编护士,责任护士的年龄护龄越大、职称越高、工作满意度越好,行为目标达成度水平越好。[结论]以护理行为目标为依据的护理行为水平评价,有助于反思护士行为特征所反映的护理价值观和护士行为目标。Objective.To analyze the status quo and related factors of achieve- ment degree of responsibility of nurses' behavioral objectives, so as to screen universality in nurses working and pay attention to bias defects. Methods: King standard theory was taken as evidence,and the nursing behavioral ob- jectives achievement scale(NPGA)was used to analyze the status quo and related factors of 626 responsibility of nurses in 6 three grade general hospitals. Results: 17.1% of nurses thought their own nursing behaviors was at lower level,58.9% of nurses thought their own nursing behaviors needed to be improved in corresponding entries by grasping the problems. All dimen- sions in descending order of overall level were in turn:"team roles personal development""promote patient understanding participation'and"make their own decisions" "open communication""respect for the patient personalized care; the objectives achievement degree of preparing nurses was higher than that of non - programmed nurses, the older the age of responsibility of nurses was, the higher their title was, the better the job satisfaction was, the better the behavioral objectives achievement degree was. Conclusion: Nursing behavioral assessment based on the nursing behavioral objectives is helpful for reflecting behavioral characteristics of nurses and values of nursing and nurses' behavioral objectives.
