摘  要:目的在SD大鼠制备去窦弓反射模型,为心血管调节机制的研究提供新和实验方法。方法通过切断窦神经和主动脉神经,建立去窦弓反射模型,利用苯肾上腺素和硝普钠,动态观察SD大鼠血压和心率的变化,监测分析压力感受性反射敏感性。结果去窦弓反射组与正常组、假手术组相比较,应用苯肾上腺素和硝普钠时均有明显的血压变化,无显著性差异(P>0.05)但心率不引起相应的变化,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在SD大鼠同时破坏窦神经和主动脉神经,可明显降低压力感受性反射,该模型可应用于心血管机制的研究。Objective To Provide a new experimental method research for cardiovascular regulation mechanism in the model of Sinoaortic reflection in SD rats. Methods By cutting the sinus nerves and aortic nerve to establish sinoaor- tic reflection model. Using phenylephrine(PE) and sodium nitroprusside(SNP) to investigate the dynamic changes of heart rate(HR) and blood pressure(BP) in SD rats and to monitor and analysis the sensitivity, of baroreflex. Results Compared with normal group and Sham group, the change of BP using PE and SNP in the Sinoaortic denervation(SAD) group. There was no significant difference in the three groups (P0.05). But the HR does not cause corresponding changes. There was significant difference in the three groups(P0.05). Conclusion the destroy of sinus nerve and aortic nerve can cause a reduction in barorefle sensitivity in SD rats, the model can be used in the research of cardiovas- cular system.
