摘　　要：马尔库塞从经济收入平等化出发,论述了工人阶级在政治、经济、生活和思想意识的同质化,认为福利资本主义社会已经进入阶级一体化阶段。马尔库塞的"阶级一体化理论"阐述了福利资本主义社会的阶级结构变化,揭露了福利资本主义社会的本质,这对正确理解和建构全球时代的马克思主义阶级理论,具有重要的理论和现实借鉴意义。With economic income equality as a starting point, Marcuse analyzes homogeneity of Class In the realms of politics, economy, life and ideology. He thinks that welfare capitalism society has already entered the integration stage of the class. Marcuse＇s theory of ＂Integration of Class＂ describes the changes of class structure of welfare capitalism society, reveales the essence of welfare capitalism society. It is important theoretical and practical reference for us to understand and construct the theory of Marx class correctly in global era.
