协同学视角下区域技术战略实施对企业迁移影响效果评价及改进策略研究

摘　　要：区域技术战略作为区域发展战略的重要内容,其实施效果对企业的迁移具有重要影响。以广西北部湾经济区为例,分析其产业发展阶段、技术战略演化过程及影响因素;计算区域技术战略对企业迁移作用各子系统间的协同度,评价区域技术战略对企业迁移的影响效果。最后,从区域技术战略的实施形式、连续性和柔性等方面提出改进策略。Regional technological strategy is regarded as an important part of regional economic society development strategy, and its implementation effect on enterprise migration has great importance. Taking the key area of new national and regional development strategy and the typical undeveloped region of Beibu Gulf economic zone as examples, we analyze the regional technological strategy in Beibu Gulf economic zone from aspects of industrial development stage, technological strategy evolution process and factors, and evaluate the effects of regional technological strategy acting on enterprise migra- tion through evaluating the synergistic degree of each subsystems. Finally, the improvement strategies are proposed to promote the effects of regional technological strategy acting on enterprise migration from the aspects of implement form, continuity and flexibility of regional technological strategy.
