摘　　要：选取一种市售三聚氰胺ELISA检测试剂盒,从灵敏度、特异性、准确度、可重复性、检出限、耐变性、批间变异等方面进行了技术评价,结果表明该试剂盒在测试范围内线性回归良好,相关系数R2为0.9864,与三聚氰酸、三聚氰酸一酰胺、三聚氰酸二酰胺、头孢曲松钠、土霉素的交叉反应率均低于0.1%,液态奶和乳粉的基体交叉反应率分别为89.09%和110.86%,液态奶和乳粉的平均回收率分别为102.4%和72.2%,液态奶和乳粉的检测限分别为7.93、20.77μg/L,可以满足国家相关限量标准检测要求。耐变性的变异系数为18%,液态奶和乳粉的批间变异系数分别在11.71%~16.13%和9.13%~13.26%。该试剂盒有较好的准确性、特异性与重复性,耐变性与批间变异均在可接受范围内,可用于液态奶、乳粉样品中的三聚氰胺残留检测。In this study, a kind of commercially available melamine ELISA kit was chosed and evaluated in terms of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, reproducibility, the detection limit, stability and inter-assay coefficients of variation. The results showed that the ELISA had a good regression line and correlation coefficient 0.9864. It showed less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with cyanuric acid, ammelide, ammeline, ceftriaxone sodium, terramycin. The rate of cross-reactivity with milk and milk powder was 89.09% and 110.86%, the rate of recovery for melamine from milk and milk powder was 102.4%, 72.2%, the corresponding the detection limit was 7.93 μg/L, 20.77 μg/L, it conformed the national standard and requirements. The milk and milk powder＇s inter-assay coefficients of variation is 11.71%~16.13%, 9.13%~13.26%. This kit had a good accuracy, specificity and reproducibility, its stability and inter-assay were both in the acceptable range. This kit can be used in melamine detection from milk and milk powder.
