摘 要:以全雌性苎麻GBN09为材料,在对其套袋处理的基础上,从现蕾开始,进行连续取材,采用FAA固定和石蜡切片显微技术,观察全雌性苎麻胚囊发育过程,探究全雌性苎麻生殖方式。结果表明:全雌性苎麻大孢子母细胞可以发育成为有功能的大孢子,在没有授粉的情况下,部分功能大孢子可以分裂和分化形成完整的胚,形成种子,同时发现部分功能大孢子不能形成完整的胚,表明全雌性苎麻GBN09属于兼性无融合生殖型,而不是专性无融合生殖型,并排除了GBN09的无融合生殖方式属于二倍体孢子生殖的可能性。In this study, gynoecious ramie GBN09 was took as material to observe the development process of embryo sac and research the mode of apomixes by techniques of fixation by FAA and paraffin section and microscopy. The results showed that megasporocyte of gynoecious ramie could grow into functional megaspore. Without being pollinated, some functional megaspore could divide and differentiate into complete embryo, which would become seeds. At the same time, some functional megaspores could not form complete embryos. It showed that gynoecious ramie GBN09 belonged to faculta-tive apomixes type, rather than obligate apomixes type, and it also excluded the possibility that the apomixis of GBN09 be-longed to diplospory.
