摘　　要：衍生于体育的企业教练技术是当今企业界提高生产力的最新最有效的管理技术之一。企业教练技术目前已被广泛应用于个人成长、社会生活等诸多领域,并取得了良好效果。企业教练技术对于中职学生的职业生涯发展会起到积极的推动作用。Derived from P.E. and being regarded as one of the latest and most effective management technologies to improve productivity in the corporate, the corporate coaching technology has been widely used in the fields of personal development and social life etc. with good effects. Corporate coaching technology, being a new management and behavior changing technology, is necessary and positive to Secondary vocational students＇ career development.
