摘 要:本研究比较漫反射和全透射两种检测方式对南丰蜜桔(薄皮型水果)可溶性固形物(SSC)检测精度的影响。采用QualitySpec型可见/近红外光谱仪采集南丰蜜桔样本的可见/近红外漫反射和全透射光谱,并应用3种建模方法建立相应的南丰蜜桔SSC模型。研究结果表明,检测方式对南丰蜜桔SSC的检测精度影响大,全透射检测方式明显优于漫反射检测方式。漫反射和全透射检测方式的最优南丰蜜桔SSC预测模型的相关系数和预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为O.933、0.601%和0.973、0.381%。与漫反射检测方式相比,全透射检测方式建立的最优SSC预测模型的RMSEP下降了41%~52-8%。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of diffuse reflectance and full transmis- sion detection modes on the aecuray of predicting soluble solid content (SSC) in Nanfeng mandarin fruit.Visi- ble/near infrared (Vis/NIR) diffuse reflectance and full transmission spectra of Nanfeng mandarin fruit sam- ples were acquired by a QualitySpec spectrometer, and three calibration methods were used to develop calibra- tion models of SSC of Nanfeng mandarin fruit at two detection modes.The results indicated that the effect of de- tection mode on the accuracy of predicting SSC in Nanfeng mandarin fruit was significant, and the full transmis- sion mode was superior to the diffuse reflectance mode.The correlation coefficients and root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEPs) in best prediction models for defecting SSC in Nanfeng mandarin fruit for diffuse re- flectance and full transmission modes were 0.933,0.601 % and 0.973,0.381%,respectively.Compared with the diffuse reflectance detection mode, the RMSEP of the best SSC prediction model for full transmission detection mode dropped by 41%-52.8%.
