摘　　要：根据国家标准对HRB500高强度钢筋的成分和性能要求，设计了内控成分和性能，制定了生产工艺路线，试制了Ф22mmHRB500高强度钢筋。检验表明，钢筋的屈服强度Re=565—615MPa，抗拉强度Rm=685—735MPa，强屈比Ran／Re=1．19—1．23，伸长率A=24．5—25．5％，冷弯完好。因此，水钢开发的HRB500高强度钢筋性能满足GB1499．2—2007标准要求。According to composition and properties of HRBS00 high strength steel bar required by the national standard, we designed internal-controlled composition and properties, arranged productive process, trial-produced Ф22mm HRBS00.The tests showed that the steel bar＇s yield strength Re=565- 615MPa, tensile strength Rm=685-735MPa, Rm/Re=1.19-1.23, elongation A=24.5-25.5%, and cold blending is good. So, the properties of HRB500 developed by Shuigang met requirements of GB 1499.2-2007.
