全球化视野下的高技能人才培养——基于宁波国际合作与交流试验区的思考

摘　　要：教育部与宁波市人民政府共建教育国际合作与交流综合改革试验区已正式启动，国际化的职业教育体系构建与机制的建立其根本目的都在于培养人，以培养高技能应用型人才为主要任务的高等职业院校，为培养有全球化能力的学生应在校园内创设国际化的氛围，开设跨文化的课程，加强外语教学与培训以及培养学生的思维技能。With the formal establishment of Experimental Zone for Comprehensive Reforms of International Educational Cooperation and Communication among Education Ministry and Ningbo government, it lies with such internationalized vocational education system as the higher vocational institutions whose main task is to nurture highly skilled personnel to cultivate students with global capacity, for the purpose of which, an internationalized atmosphere has to be created, in which students are given cross-cultural courses and their foreign language skills and relevant thinking skills are developed.
