Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损的疗效,将100例患者220颗患牙需要前牙切角缺损修复的病例随机分为2组,即实验组与对照组。实验组使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损;对照组使用普通复合树脂加自攻自断螺纹钉修复前牙切角缺损。分别于修复完成结束时医患满意度及术后1年复查进行临床疗效评价。两组修复完成结束后医生和患者满意度差异无统计学意义P>0.05;修复完成1年后复查两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义P<0.05。使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损成功率高,医患满意度高,临床疗效好,值得推广。To explore the effect of the restoration of incisal angle defect of front teeth by using Z350 Rano Resin. Of the 100 patients with a total of 220 ill teeth that needed the restoration of incisal angle defect of front teeth, each patient, selected randomly for 2 groups （experimental group and control group）. The experimental group used Z350 Nano Resin to repair incial angle defect of front teeth, and the control group repaired it by using ordinary composite resin and self-threading pin. The clinical curative effects evaluation separately based on doctor and patient satisfaction at the time of finishing restoration and the review of one year after surgery was conducted. Difference was not statistically significant among satisfaction of doctors and patients after the restorations of two groups ended （P〉0.05）. And the review of one year after surgery has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Z350 Nano Resin used to repair theincisal angle defect of front teeth was worth promoting because of the high rate of success, the high level of satisfaction and the good clinical effects.
