摘　　要：经济法是工商管理专业的一门专业基础课程,该课程对于培养学生运用经济法律、法规知识解决企业经营管理过程中经济法律问题的能力有着重要作用。然而经济法律涉及的内容多、涵盖的范围广等特点,以及我国经济法律体系的现状等原因,使得许多高职院校的该课程教学内容仍然带有明显的学科特色,没有针对专业人才培养目标及职业岗位工作需要对课程进行整体设计,这对学生职业能力的培养极为不利。文章根据经济法课程的特点,结合工商企业管理专业的培养目标,提出了经济法课程设计的构想。Economic Law, a basic course for economy and management major in higher vocational colleges, is of great significance for developing students ability to apply economic law and regulations to economic problems sol- ving in enterprise operation and management. However, the intensive contents and wide scope of economic law, a- long with the current situation of Chinese economic law system, lead to the obvious subject feature of economic law course in many higher vocational colleges, lacking overall design of this course aiming at professional talents train- ing and career demand, which is very harmful for students professional ability cultivation. Based on the cultivation objective of business management major, this paper puts forward the idea of economic law curriculum design ac- cording to the features of economic law curriculum.
