摘　　要：个人发展账户是有效的政策工具,教育资产个人账户更是对抗贫困、增进人力资本的重要手段。迄今为止,我国都没有建立起针对流动儿童的教育资产个人账户。本研究提出流动儿童教育个人资产账户的模式构想,并对该模式设立的意义进行分析。Individual development accounts are an effective policy tool,and education asset accounts are an important means of fighting against poverty and improving human capital. But so far,we have not established education asset accounts for migrant children. The author puts forward the mode design of migrant children asset accounts,and analyzes the positive significance from several aspects.
