食管基底细胞样鳞癌的临床病理特征

摘　　要：目的探讨食管基底细胞样鳞癌的临床病理特征、诊断及治疗方法。方法对3例食管基底细胞样鳞癌行手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果3例食管基底细胞样鳞癌的临床表现和影像学特征与食管鳞癌相似，免疫组化2例CK17阳性，1例CK17为部分阳性。治疗以手术为主，术后结合放疗。术后生存期为6—20个月，均死于血行转移。结论食管基底细胞样鳞癌是高度恶性肿瘤，进展快、转移早，根治性手术配合放疗是首选治疗的治疗方案。Objoctive To study the esophagus the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of Basaloid - squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Methods On the surgical treatment of 3 cases of Basaloid - squamous cell carcinoma of the esopha- gus the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical and radiological features of Esophageal Basaloid - squa- mous cell carcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma similar, Immunohistochemical 2 cases CK17 positive, 1 case CK17 for part of the positive . Postoperative survival was 6 - 20 months, all died from blood transfer line. Conclusion Esophageal Basaloid - squamous cell carcinoma is highly malignant tumor, progress fast, transfer early. Radical resection treated with surgery and radia- tion therapy is the preferred treatment options.
