摘 要:常压电离源由于具有简便、高效、无需样品预处理等特点,近年来备受关注。纸喷雾电离源技术是新发展起来的一种常压电离技术,该技术不仅具有一般常压电离源的特点,同时兼具操作简单、低廉和分离的特性,在食品、药物化合物等的高通量分析方面表现出了良好应用前景。本文针对纸喷雾电离技术的发展进行了全面评述,着重阐述了该电离技术的基本原理、影响因素、分析性能和应用,介绍了该技术的优缺点,并展望了其发展方向。Ambient ionization has gained increasing attentions in recent years due to its characteristics of convenience, high efficiency and without sample pretreatment prior to analysis. Although ambient ionization has gotten the considerable development and has been applied in diverse fields for rapid detection, high- throughput analysis of complex samples has put forward higher requirements to ambient ionization-mass spectrometry. Paper spray ionization source is recently developed with ambient ionization, which has demonstrated promising in high-throughput analysis of foodstuffs and drugs due to its facile operation, low-cost and simple separation in analysis. Herein, the development of paper spray ionization was comprehensively reviewed, and the basic principle, influencing factors, performance of paper spray and its applications were highlights. Also, the advantages and disadvantages of this technique were discussed followed by its development directions.
