玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗脉络膜脱离临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射治疗脉络膜脱离的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析广东省人民医院2011年3月至2012年12月脉络膜脱离患者14例（14眼）.观察注射曲安奈德后眼底脉络膜复位情况,眼压、前房玻璃体炎症反应及有无视网膜出血等.结果 14眼术后眼压都不同程度提高,10眼（71.43％）脉络膜完全复位,3眼脉络膜脱离好转,1眼（糖尿病病人）注射后出现眼内炎.结论 玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德可有效治疗脉络膜脱离,最适合脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离术前脉络膜脱离的治疗,在糖尿病病人中应用需要注意注射并发症的发生.Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acitate （TA） for treatment of choroidal detachment. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to study 14 patients （14 eyes） with choroidal detachment from March 2010 to December 2011 in Guangdong Provincial People＇s Hospital. The changes of choroidal detachment, intraocu｜ar pressure （IOP）, anterior segment inflammation and bleeding of retina were evaluated after TA were intravitreally injected. Results Intravitreal injection of TA increased IOP in all 14 patients. 10 of 14 cases （71.43%） with choroidal detachment recovered completely. Improvement was observed in 3 patients. Unfortunately, 1 patient with diabetic had endured intraocular inflammation. Conclusion Intravitreal injection of TA has better effect for choroidal detachment, especially for retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment patients. The complication of injection needs more attention for diabetic patients.
